We had a problem with our automated gate to our property so I looked around on Yelp for a good gate company and I found VG-Tech Gates Repair. I called them and they picked up the phone right away. They were very friendly to talk to, and it was easy to set up an appointment for the same day.
Before the scheduled appointment, I was called ahead of time by Dmitry, who was a very nice and polite guy, to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time, and fixed the problem promptly. The cost of the service was a very reasonable price, and I can't be more happy about the services provided.
I can definitely recommend this company to everybody who needs this service.

“Vg-Tech you are the rock! My gate stopped working and I originally called a different company.  They only charged $19 for a service call, sounds good right but.. After fumbling around for 35 minutes, they diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board.  That will cost me $1,500 to repair it. Because I didn't feel confident in his knowledge and the high cost, I called VG-Tech for a 2nd opinion.  The technician, Dmitry, found the problem in a couple of minutes.  The problem was a fuse a darn fuse. He replaced it, lubed the chain and did full service and it works fantastic now.  It pays to work with a professional."

Our electric gate stopped working, my husband had tried calling a different gate company for almost 2 weeks and the guy kept giving him the "I'll be there this week" but would never show up. After doing this to us for a couple of times I decided to take charge and looked up companies on Yelp.

I called on a Friday after business hours, thinking I was about to leave a voice mail but surprisingly Demitri answered. I explained the problem and he said that the earliest he can come out was on Monday. Demitri showed up a little early but that was a huge plus for us. He took a look at the equipment and gave me a very reasonable quote. After I had agreed on the price he started working right away. Demitri's professionalism, and knowledge goes above and beyond! I was super impressed on how fast he was able to fix the gate, set up all the remotes and the gate key pad.

“Our solar-powered automatic gate was installed by another company less than a year ago; and it has been unreliable at best, malfunctioning at the most crucial times - including when I was trying to get my wife to the hospital before sunrise. The original installer replaced the burned-out batteries after three months; and a few months later it stopped working yet again and I had to disconnect the chain drive to manually open and close our gate. I finally called VG Tech to see if they could possibly suss out the problem. Tatyana had their guy out here the next morning, and he had it up and running very quickly! I was hesitant to test if the batteries were holding a charge after dark; but I used the gate at all hours over the past few days, and it seems to be running perfectly!"
