Pay: $30-$45 per hour based on experience, plus commission & bonuses
Job shift: Mon-Fri (5 days a week 8-10 hours a shift)

Job Summary
- troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated gates and operators (sliding, swinging, barrier arm).
- Install automated gate operators
- Service and replace control components, keypads and intercom systems.
- Work with automated gate systems, including safety sensors, loop, and control panels.
- Perform replacements and retrofits as needed.
- Low-Voltage wiring
- Conduct heavy lifting, precise alignment, and secure mounting during installations or repairs.
- Read understand and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Fabricate, weld.
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and company quality standards.
- Provide best communication and excellent customer service when working on-site.

Required Education and Experience
- Technical skills.
- At least 2+ years servicing automated gate operators
- Education and/or experience equivalent a High School diploma and Two or more years working with gate industry, electronic controls, low-voltage systems, or similar trade-related experience.
- Basic welding knowledge.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently manage a daily route (one-man Van).
- Understanding of UL 325 entrapment protection requirements
- Physical Requirements: Able to push/pull/lift up to 70 lbs. Able to stand, climb, walk, kneel, and crouch frequently, as required.
