“Our solar-powered automatic gate was installed by another company less than a year ago; and it has been unreliable at best, malfunctioning at the most crucial times – including when I was trying to get my wife to the hospital before sunrise. The original installer replaced the burned-out batteries after three months; and a few months later it stopped working yet again and I had to disconnect the chain drive to manually open and close our gate. I finally called VG Tech to see if they could possibly suss out the problem. Tatyana had their guy out here the next morning, and he had it up and running very quickly! I was hesitant to test if the batteries were holding a charge after dark; but I used the gate at all hours over the past few days, and it seems to be running perfectly!”
